Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation procedures for Tethys Water Solutions.

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any penalty. After dispatch, cancellations may incur a handling fee.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after the approval of the return. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Defective Products

In case of defective products, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
